The ‘Twelve 12s’ series is back once again with our 46th instalment – and this time we’ve got a very special and rare edition from the host of one of our favourite radio shows on one of our absolute favourite radio stations.
Every Thursday at 10-12pm ET on East Village Radio, Jerry Jones runs through what he claims is and we can confirm is the BEST CLUB MUSIC on the planet. The Gold River Show covers everything from the biggest and bassiest anthems from the Night Slugs, Fade To Mind and Ghetto Teknitianz crews to the newest Texas twerk junts and everything in between. Essential listening for anyone with a pulse.
Here’s what the man himself had to say about his Twelve 12s mix:
“This mix is a blend between Techy/Jackin 90’s/early 2000s house with more modern house sounds. It was really fun to make and the goal was to get each record to talk to each other and make a hypnotizing result. The real gem in here is Guy Robins remix of Alicia Keys “No One.” Ill be playing that one forever. Out to Academy Records, Redeye Records, and Halcyon the Shop. They keep my vinyl addiction up and running.”
