‘The Dream featuring…The Dream!’
– Mixed Live From The SM5 By Rob Pursey

My love for the music of The Dream (and producer Tricky Stewart) has been well documented on the pages of Southern Hospitality and in just about every other conversation I have…something my close friends can more than vouch for. Quite simply, free of hyperbole, I can say that after two 100% classic albums and countless incredibly dope records for other people, Terius Nash has elevated himself to that No.1 position and is in no danger of losing it anytime soon. In December ’07 ‘Love Hate’ changed the game and then to follow it up just over a year later with ‘Love Vs. Money’ was just outrageous. Add to that the Electrik Red album, the Mariah album, the joints for Beyonce, Rihanna, Usher, Fabolous and pretty much the whole industry and the pairing of Terius and Tricky have cemented their legacy. Despite all this though, there are still tons of remixes, features, unreleased tracks and demos that have been floating around bearing the Nash name, many of which are just too awesome to go unheard. Therefore, mixed all the way live from the SM5, this is my homage to just some of those tracks (I coulda easily done two volumes!) and I hope you enjoy this music as much as me.
