No one, but no one, approaches rap music like hard-hitting Houston producer/rapper/stripper soundtracker Beat King Kong. The self-proclaimed Mozart of Classical Thot Muzik’s main intent is to constantly and consistently make you get buck, twerk and LOL at the same time, and we’ve yet to find an example of him not hitting all three marks across hundreds of songs in over a dozen mixtapes.

The third instalment in his Club God mixtape series is no different, and yet despite knowing what to expect we’re completely awe-struck at the levels he brings, even explicitly displaying his obvious love and admiration for early 2000s Juicy J on the Stunt N Dozier produced ‘I Know’, which is based on Three 6’s ‘I’m So High’.

Every song is a highlight, but we must underline the D-Bando produced ‘My Homegurl’, which possesses one of the hardest rap beats we’ve heard in months, and ‘Smile’, which is almost transcendent and already getting a lot of love on Houston radio.

Needless to say, get involved. This is as good as it gets.
