There's so much to this collaboration it's crazy. Slow Motion Soundz and Maybach Music Group collide for the very first time and everyone steps up to the plate. Block Beattaz flex their muscle with a choice Tame Impala sample and some evil violins, while Ohio boy and recent MMG signing Stalley sounds like he was born to rock production from Huntsville's finest. ST continues to add weight to the argument that he's one of the south's absolute greatest rappers, but its the new and heavily pepped up 2012 Clova flow that really shocks here with an added grit and gusto that we'd love to hear more of on the duo's upcoming 'Island' album (dropping 11.11.11 – their fifth, yes fifth, album together no less), while the soulful backbone of the group, Miss Joi Tiffany rocks out like she does so brilliantly at every live G-Side show you've ever had the pleasure to attend. And something tells us the fourth quarter will hold many more surprises from one of the most important indie rap labels of our time.
