LA Weekly article

For the past couple of years we’ve been proud to call the city of Los Angeles our second home, throwing a series of parties in DTLA and Hollywood, and even a special rap Boiler Room.

This Saturday marks the 1st Anniversary of our official monthly LA residency, which started at The Lash and now goes down every month at the legendary Los Globos.

For the occasion, we spoke with LA Weekly about the music, parties and history of Southern Hospitality.

To mark the 1st Anniversary of Southern Hospitality’s official LA residency we are throwing an extra special party at our new home Los Globos on Saturday September 19th.

Joining residents Davey Boy Smith and SUSPECT is Power 106 / Young California’s finest DJ Carisma.

Carisma is single-handedly responsible for breaking some of the biggest Cali rap anthems of recent years, from ‘You’re A Jerk’ to ‘Toot It & Boot It’ to ‘Teach Me How To Dougie’, so it only makes sense to have her rock with us for our first birthday.

Watch the official video for Carisma’s new single ‘Do What I Want’, featuring IAMSU!, K Camp and RJ, right here.

And read her interview with XXL.

We’re unbelievably excited about this and as ever it’s FREE ENTRY ALL NIGHT so please plan to arrive early.

And as with every Southern Hospitality party, whether in London, LA, ATL or TX, it’s all about drinking, dancing and having fun to the hypest rap anthems from early til late.

Special Guest: DJ Carisma (Power 106 / Young California)
