This track and video from Berkeley’s Malki Means King is mesmerising. It’s got this amazing lo-fi quality to it that sounds like Malki’s just rapping next to a musical box and slapping two chopsticks together. Then there’s his relentless, Husalah-esque flow, which is so raspy and committed you can’t help but get drawn into the almost MF Doom textured world he manages to create with such a modest budget. Everything about the video is dope too. Via the Space Age Hustlaz.
