As we enter the final stretch of the first decade in the new millenium, we feel it’s important to get you accustomed to the sounds of Solomon & Finder; a couple of musicians from London who based on only a handful of demos (and the fact that their music has already been used to soundtrack a series of documentaries on Creative Control TV) are looking set to make some serious noise in the new year. Very little is known about these guys. We’ve heard they have a studio out in the sticks, with a recording booth made out of a World War II bunker, and instruments from just about every decade in the 20th Century, but really, when those vocals drop in on ‘Weather’, their most crucial composition to date, it feels like you’re falling off a waterfall, and that’s all that really matters.
